Nick Marsilio is the Practice Director for Legal. He partners with law firms and in-house legal departments in their search for high level consultants and direct hire search needs. Prior to joining WJB, Nick worked for two international recruiting firms as well as a prominent LPO where he staffed large scale discovery projects. Nick previously worked in the beauty and entertainment industry. Nick received his BA with Honors from Penn State and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania.

Nick is an animal rights activist and a mixed martial arts enthusiast. He has founded an animal sanctuary and is currently fostering 9 cats and a pot bellied pig. In his free time, he enjoys taking long hikes with his life partner and taking in the scenic views from their lakefront home. An avid reader and writer, Nick is also working on completing his first novel, a work of fiction.
